Bennetto started as a dark chocolate company by design. We wanted to celebrate cocoa origin flavours. Honestly, we just love dark chocolate.
Over the years, customers asked for something sweeter, something with that creamy milk chocolate feel but without dairy. So we tried. For years, actually. We worked on plant-based milk chocolate recipes, but we were never happy with the results. We weren't going to release something just because oat milk was having a moment. It needed to be good regardless of the trend.
A few years in, we landed on hazelnut and rice as our base, balanced with a strong cocoa origin flavour. And we knew we had something worth releasing. Initial trials with friends and family taught us something important: people have become more open-minded about food quality and cleaner ingredients. But, they will still follow their taste buds first, no matter what.
The plant-based hype has quietened down. We've never been interested in chasing trends, and we've never compromised on ingredients. That's how we see our Mylk range. We don't want it to be chocolate people choose because they feel they should eat cleaner. We want it to be chocolate they choose because it tastes good.

Our new Mylk range is a plant-based take on classic milk chocolate – still creamy and smooth but made without any dairy. Instead of milk powder, we use organic rice powder and cocoa butter for that same silky texture, with hazelnut paste for extra richness.
It's creamier and milder, with 43% cocoa (compared to 60% in our flavoured dark bars, and 70-82% in our darker bars). It still uses the same certified organic, Fairtrade sugar and cocoa.

- Caramel Almond Brittle is the classic with caramel almond brittle pieces and sea salt
Yes, all three bars contain hazelnuts, and Caramel Almond Brittle also contains almonds. All are made on shared equipment and may contain traces of milk, almonds, and soy. Please check individual labels if you have a nut allergy.
Yes, all Mylk bars are gluten-free along with our entire range.
Yes, just like our entire range, our new Creamy Mylk Chocolate is certified vegan with no added dairy ingredients. It's made on shared equipment with other products, so it may contain traces of milk.
