Hazelnut Vanilla Choc Rice Bars

3/4 cup tahini or nut butter
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
3 tbs coconut oil
2 1/2 cups puffed rice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 block of Bennetto Toasted Hazelnut chocolate (or 2 if you prefer a thicker choc topping!)
Handful of chopped hazelnuts


  1. Melt and mix together tahini/nut butter, rice malt syrup and coconut oil
  2. In a separate bowl, combine puffed rice, cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Combine mixtures well and press into a lined slice tray. Place into the fridge to set
  4. Melt chocolate over double boiler
  5. Allow to cool to room temperature and spread evenly over the rice bubble slice
  6. Top with chopped hazelnuts and back in the fridge to set
  7. When you’re ready, slice into your chosen sizes and keep in the fridge or freezer for a sweet treat
