Ingredients:
Pretzel sticks or pokey sticks
Bennetto Original Dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
Small chopped dried fruit and nuts (We used apricots, pistachios, cranberries and almonds)
Method:
Pretzel sticks or pokey sticks

Small chopped dried fruit and nuts (We used apricots, pistachios, cranberries and almonds)
Method:
- Melt chocolate over double boiler
- Lay pretzel/pokey sticks on baking paper about 4cm apart
- Place cooled chocolate into a green bio plastic bag and snip a tiny bit of the end
- Do a test patch on the baking paper to see whether the chocolate is firm enough. If so, pipe chocolate from top of the pretzel/pokey stick down, forming a tree
- Working quickly, sprinkle fruit and nuts over chocolate
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes maximum
